NEVER MAKE THESE MISTAKES BEFORE PERFORMING YOGA : WARNING

Some of the things you shouldn't be doing before a yoga practice Don't rush Yourself or Act Haphazardly.  Don't have Caffeine Don't drink Alcohol Don't drink Too Much Water Don't put on Scents Don't do a Cold Stretch. Don't have a full tummy while doing yoga, wait until 2 to 3 hours after large meals. Don't do yoga in a draft'y place or under direct sunlight. Don't touch (shower) or drink water for 30 minutes after doing yoga. Don't do strenuous exercises after yoga. True asanas affect the hormonal and glandular system. Some of the things you should follow before doing yoga Eat on time. Yoga should be done on an empty stomach or light stomach. Hydrate well ( 2 glass of water enough )  Wear comfortable clothes Come prepared Leave your phone Check your condition Rest Take a bath practice yoga in the morning before breakfast or early evening at light stomach around sunset
