- Lie on your stoach with your legs stretched out and your palms positioned underneat your sholders
- Bend at knees and reach your arms back to your ankles and hold.
- Inhale and lft your both feet slowly as high as possible.
- hold this pose for 15-30 seconds and keep breathing normally.
- Begin to exhale and move back to the original position.
3) BOAT POSE OR NAUKASANA
- Lie on your back with your legs stretched out but together and your arms at your sides.
- Inhale and raise your legs as high as you can without bending your knees.
- Lift your arms to reach your toes.
- Keep breathing normally and hold this pose for 15 seconds.
4) BRIDGE POSE
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor..

- Keep breathing normally and hold this pose for 15 seconds.
