NEVER MAKE THESE MISTAKES BEFORE PERFORMING YOGA : WARNING

Some of the things you shouldn't be doing before a yoga practice

  • Don't rush Yourself or Act Haphazardly. 
  • Don't have Caffeine
  • Don't drink Alcohol
  • Don't drink Too Much Water
  • Don't put on Scents
  • Don't do a Cold Stretch.
  • Don't have a full tummy while doing yoga, wait until 2 to 3 hours after large meals.
  • Don't do yoga in a draft'y place or under direct sunlight.
  • Don't touch (shower) or drink water for 30 minutes after doing yoga.
  • Don't do strenuous exercises after yoga.
  • True asanas affect the hormonal and glandular system.

Some of the things you should follow before doing yoga

  • Eat on time. Yoga should be done on an empty stomach or light stomach.
  • Hydrate well ( 2 glass of water enough ) 
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Come prepared
  • Leave your phone
  • Check your condition
  • Rest
  • Take a bath
  • practice yoga in the morning before breakfast or early evening at light stomach around sunset
